Just bought in today at $3.4. I think the risk vs reward is quite good at the price point. Based on the recent trading update, and if the revenue remains the same for the second half or increases from there, the P/S of less than 2 does not appear demanding (and compared to TPW).
Just saw on the news this morning that Adore is joining this year's Click Frenzy with 20% off deals - hopefully this would help pick some new customers up.
I also believe that the recent budget may help lift e-commerce in the next 12 months, with the tax offsets and more money pumped into the economy. International travel is not likely to happen until mid 2022 so with international travels out of the question, domestic savings and spending should remain strong.
Let's hope ABY has found its bottom around mid $3 and that Morgan Stanley has got this one right.
