I have held Respiri for 1 month and Adherium for several years. Too bad I didn't wait a while with Respiri, but as an investor you can't know what Management already knows about the outlook for the rest of the year. Ironically, I can now buy 1 share of Respiri by selling 4 shares of Adherium in the market. I will completely ignore this takeover offer.
