Laudable of the Chairman , although not really a choice. No matter how much he or the leadership invest, wont have any impact on customers desire to buy. I would take sales over internal investment any day. Oh and not a single other leadership team member-including the CEO, those that are accountable for execution and delivery spent a cent of their own money. Why ?
