That is true to a certain point but remember from the outset that Xped have always focused on the commercial market more than the home personal market and as such there are lots of other very large chip manfactures that also operate in this area and the other chip company that they are involved with being Telink also make a huge amount of chips and there are others as well.

Regardless this would not be the end and although it may have a short term impact on SP, thats all it would be IMO. Remember people are so brand driven these days that they dont even see the other players which can be huge in themselves. They think that if the name is not huge then its no good, let me tell you there are many companies that are huge companies with a name you would never know because they are not in house holds.
