I just read over the MOUs again and what we have done here with Intel is completely different to the MOU requirements..
With this in mind I do believe that the MOUs are with other parties and Intel decided to just grab the bull by the horns, skip the MOU part and get straight into business with XPed....
Sounds to me like we will be making revenue from this deal very, very soon... And if Intel are so happy with XPed there is no reason why they won't expand on what they use the XPed technology for.... They just couldn't wait to be first cab off the rank it seems... First mover advantage...
I wonder if it was Intel that was calling the company every Monday to see if their requirements had been met yet!!
