I agree Shady that SFR would want a higher share price should they make an offer for ADT. The problem with waiting for a higher SP is that it is a gamble, they may get one if they make a discovery on one of their exploration tenements etc however every day they wait they are betting that ADT's SP appreciation will be less than their own going forward.
As Oz has stipulated there are a number of SP catalysts that could see a significant increase in the Adriatic share price. Stock manipulation may be utilised to limit this appreciation in value but in the event of significant news it would have minimal effect imo.
Interesting to see how this all plays out.
