Assuming Rupice is a Kuruko (Bi-modal felsic) VMS deposit (based on the presence of Barite). You would expect the Barite to be enriched on the outer margins with silica normally. You would also expect a Cu-rich core with Pb - Zn and Ag as you move outwards (as seen at Rupice (textbook)). They may be and probably are zoned on the smaller scale as well or you may have an over printing of metals due to the slow building of the sulphide mound and or telescoping back over the top as the system cools. A degree of remobilisation could also be the answer for the cocktail of metals or they have just lumped them in an interval and drilled the layered sequence.

To get 10 Mt would be good going but currently is looking more than open at depth. It does not look like they are near the feeder zone yet and that the ore body is growing in size with depth. I guess once the start hitting the stringer zone with more Cu (and possibly Au) you know they are in the guts of it. Simple alteration mapping and geochemical ratios should guide them. It will probably guide them off the tenement though. That ground is key as it looks like a pretty HG ore body will be lying down there. Should that tenement be granted it is game on.
