I wouldn't wring my hands over potential penalties.
If underground mining, OpEx should be under US$80/t.
NSR for Zn con alone should be over $175/t mined.
NSR for Pb con alone should be over $220/t mined.
So even if just one of these concentrates are saleable/marketable, then we should see very healthy margins.
The company has suggested that Rupice is amenable to bulk surface mining methods. If open pit, site costs should be under US$30/t. So metallurgy may be more important to mine plan than actual feasibility of the deposit.
