Hi Esh,
I posted earlier in this thread that there is a stipulation in 3.1.4 in the prospectus that ore needs to be 'exploited' prior to May 2020.
For me this is a major risk if it means that ADT needs to be in commercial production within 18 months as seems like an extremely challenging task to have the necessary studies, funding, plant construction, etc.
Would like your thoughts/opinion of the matter once you have had a chance to do your own research as was close to investing up until I became aware of this deadline.
