Completely agree and it is in the interest of some parties to talk the PFS down.
Realistically look at the grades and tonnage, they are the metrics that are not based on a volatile metals market. It will be mined and the balance of probability is that the metals will be sold over the LOM at average higher prices than now. How much higher is unforeseen.
