Australia is tier 1 jurisdiction but consistently and slowly going backwards with all the ever increasing red tape and hoops to jump through.
Bosnia is keen to be seen to be open for business in the 2020s and has come a looong way from its corruption issues from the past. Times are changing and this part of the world is moving forwards rapidly not backwards.
It'll take time yet, but there is no doubt in my mind in the future we will look back at ADT as the absolute trailblazers and benchmark of this region.
The simple presence of the prime minsiter's office at site should be a huge flag that should not be disregarded.
