I have spent the weekend looking for other projects to compare with Rupice. I am fairly confident Rupice can achieve a resource size of around 15MT with a grade of 10 AuEq. If they can get to those numbers it would be the NPV around $2 billion. There is no other development project worldwide with those numbers not 1!!
This does not include any upside from the TETH deal. If we then compare what other projects / companies sell for at PFS stage it would be around 0.5 of NPV. That would give ADT a sale price around $4.5 to $5.
still plenty of upside in this $200 million development unicorn.
