Interesting that Richard Warke was the one rumoured to be behind all the large on-market buying of ADT at $1.50-$1.25 back 6-8 weeks ago. Millions of shares (from memory 6-8 million) in a series of large buys. Warke is Executive Director of Tethyan and his Augusta Investments owns 15.9% of Tethyan. So the question on my mind is how long before we see Augusta Investments appear as a major shareholder of ADT and how long before we see Richard Warke on the BOD???
This would be a major coup for ADT given his profile, reputation and history of getting multi billion dollar deals done (Arizona Mining to South 32 for C$2.1 bill for example). Especially given this nice little extract from the presentation
