First post, but long time holder.
Just been reading some of Pamplona Trader's tweets and came across a fully warranted crack at Sandfire for taking frivolous legal action against ADT.

Sandfire alleges that it was entitled to acquire a total of 4,127,139 shares in Adriatic, in the form of CHESS Depository Interests, at various issue prices pursuant to its anti-dilution right in the Deed.
Smells like more of an attempt to suppress the SP.
