The 4 rigs are plugging away at Rupice North, they didn't just go idle while we were waiting for cantonal approval.
In modeling the resource, a few things were quite apparent:
1. Best grade-thickness was encountered down dip along the eastern margin; 2. Metal tenor improved down plunge (north); and 3. Several spots need step out and infill drilling.
Below is my model looking south but from overhead.
The last hole BR-22-18 was an infill hole up plunge and adjacent to a historic hole. Normally, results would not get me excited but the takeaway here is that historic holes (most of which were only assayed for base metals) could be very rich in precious metals. So even infill holes up plunge could be very exciting as they could tell us something new - precious metals content.
It would make sense to me for the company to not only continue infilling up plunge, but to also step out up and down dip before drilling the down plunge extension gets underway on the new concessions. I am very excited to see grade-thickness down dip along the eastern margin of the deposit, where I expect more "best ever" results.
