I have a somewhat neutral position on this. I have both stocks for about 2 years. A lot more Dundee. The premium is not much, BUT it is mostly stock, and DPM is a great stock and company, maybe the most competent gold/PM miner I know of. In 2 years I have had it, am up over a double, and the execution has been superb. It is still too cheap, and blows away the biggest miners valuation-wise. So you still get Adriatic upside and a great company, and I think better execution management-wise. I like the deal from both sides.
