Yep, not happy. End of the day the thing that matters to us is what our shares are being valued at right now with this transaction. Not some vague promise of uplift and maximising value, as much as I think DPM are great operators.
Feels like both CEO & CFO in place to facilitate this deal. Several clearly well aware of the deal for quite some time and positioned themselves accordingly on inside information.
There was someone on twitter banging on about this back in May. Clearly full details were already well known and our board / management was already signed up.
