If this was an all scrip offer I would be okay with the deal.
Dundeeshares were up 4% on the TSX last night, so clearly their shareholders arehappy with the deal. Using the updated Dundee share price from last night andthe closing exchange rates from today it equates to an Adriatic share price of approximatelyAUD$5.80 on the ASX.
It will beinteresting to see where the price closes on Monday on the ASX.
