Total incompetence by Laura and her team to not achieve commercial production and this is the sad reflection a cheap and nasty TO of a high-quality asset.
You need 2 critical things to go right to maximise shareholder value "world class asset" and "management team able to execute”. ADT only has one of the two.
Pathetic, what an embarrassment. I for one will not be investing in any business that have these directors associated.
