On top of that, and to be transparent, surely they need to inform ALL shareholders with an operations update. I am sure Dundee know the state of the operations.
It has been a year since they started production, this possible takeover must of been discussed over time so are they deliberately delaying commercial production.?
Senior management are supporting the takeover of the company when silver looks like breaking out and making this company significantly more profitable when they eventually get to name plate production.
I just cant see how this takeover is in the best interest of ALL shareholders.
