i thinkbit is to late for a second bidder, as dpm has secured the relevant shareholders .
will be interesting to see how the sp of dpm develops after the TO is completed:
if the sp is pumped, what wil ast-holders do with their new ones? stay or sell. i think the mayority will stay. dpm is a good stock to own. but the pumped volume may leave the stock after a while. how will new analysis of dpm value the new entity? given that dpm before TO had a strongly decreasing ptoduction perspective, there should be new, strongly better taeget prices, given the nav-calculation seen sbove ( thx for the very good work!)
aa per friday the dpm/adt conversion price was about aud 5,8. if one is optimistic about adt-future in dpm, maybe you could get in ar a discount now, with an ast- sp of aud 5,4. i think of buying the cash-part of the TO in adt now to stay in the game. ok, macro of silver short term is difficoult to assess.
