Is my understanding correct that the proposed acquisition has a fixed 0.1590 stock and 93 pence price. So if DPM stock price goes up then the total "consideration" we receive goes up? of course could also decrease if price declines.
ie the DPM stock price is the variable here.
interesting to note DPM up 4% today so far on the TSE.
the one thing which confuses me is that the announcement also states the value of each ADT share is 2.68 euro so is this fixed and the amount of DPM shares will vary to hit the 2.68 price
