I assume DPM CDIs will be listed on the ASX if the takeover succeeds but could not find anything in the info available to date that confirms this. Can anyone through more light on this.
Also I assume a large proportion of ADT shareholders will have to vote yes for the merger to succeed. Is it 75%? What are the chances DPM will fall short?
