Good on you @worzel1 you are on the money there. No doubt this has been in plan for quite a period of time and very hard to see how there has not been collusion between the aforementioned parties? Something should be done about this! At the very least it needs to be investigated by the relevant authorities.
I agree with what you said above ( the web of relationships is compelling) and I also feel that our SP has been manipulated and held down prior to the TO. Management would seem to have aided in this TO by means of the last CR and rolling over so easy at the first offer for the company. They certainly do not in my opinion exhibit any loyalty to the shareholders of ADT.
Silver breakout, Antinomy, gold price, base metals, exploration potential, commercial production etc given NO consideration in this TO!
