I gather it is yet to be determined.
I read through the long offer doc which was full of legal detail but failed to answer this question along with others such as
1. Why did the Board rush to agree to DPM's offer.
2 Who will be allowed to vote and what percentage of votes required.
3 If it is successful, will Australian holders be offered DPM CDIs?
