A share price of 11.5 cents is devastating. That works out to US $3.72 for the new ADR’s, which represent 50 shares and were created to facilitate Nasdaq listing. But Nasdaq requires at least US $4 for an initial listing. ARR management was too optimistic, perhaps from reading their own news releases.
