Agree with most of what you have said, other then cash on hand is starting to become an issue i think. They are burning about $1.5-2.0 million cash per qtr - they have 3.8 million at Dec 22 - so to me the cash runs out around 3oth June this year, they will need to do another CR soon unless they pull their finger out, which is an absolute disaster considering how much the SP has been smashed.
