i have never accepted a first offer in my life on any transaction ever and i would hope most on here wont/don't either. With chinese and Russians in the mix buying projects with freshly printed money and a historic 12mill PLUS oz everyone with the ability to read knows about anyone happy with 20c after the last 18mth of dragging out time lines (thats my hold time plenty have been much longer than that) is selling far to cheaply.
I mean conservative 6moz at $150 per oz is 900 000 000
Thats how i look at it if its going to be sold off maybe im a dreamer i just think 20c a share is far to cheap
