You beat me to it! The very last line should strike dread into the hearts of GYG holders:
"Chipotle reiterated its forecast that it would open between 315 and 345 new restaurants this year."
That's 50% more than GYG's entire franchise globally. They only have 4 restaurants in the US though. That's where they're expecting to produce their future growth? Can you imagine they have to bid for the dwindling number of prime locations against Chipotle and the dozen other fast food giants?
