GYG has achieved its 31 gross openings in FY25E as per its plan, noting this excludes the Hendon (SA) restaurant opened which is operated by master franchisee VEA (covered by UBS analyst Tom Allen). GYG has had a strong start to FY26E, with 2 restaurants already opened (GYG has guided to 32 gross store restaurant openings in FY26E; see UBS Research).
