I’ve just taken a decent position in SRG. It looks undervalued according to its peers. It’s had two profit upgrades in the past year and the share price is unchanged during that time. The quality of their earnings is also improving with more recurring work and less intermittent project work. I’m looking for optimistic guidance for FY24 tomorrow which appears achievable given the number/value of contracts they’ve been winning.
