too risky any REIT right now, hence the 20% fall/day ratio in a lot of the REITS.
unless theres a miracle cure for COVID-19. its dragged on too long and theres no fast cure. Lockdown is inevitable. the longer it drags on, REITS that have debt and arrears from struggling discretionary tenants are high risk..
They should survive 30 JUNE valuations due to the signed leases, but 30 DEC is when the virus must clear well before, as that valuation could be bad.
