This would be the first piece of good news since I overpaid for these barstools. ...ards.
I hate paying for acquisitions with equity which these guys love. Everyone gets diluted and SP momentum gets distorted when shares come out of escrow. I was sucked in by the massive volume increase as a result of the America Invents Act and then suddenly the growth drops away. More fool me for being greedy and missing the signs when management started to retire and then sell shed loads of shares not requiring any directors disclosures.
