it is pathetic to see that their most underutilized channel is SOCIAL ... lol in 2022... their underutilized channel is SOCIAL .... and this is what happens when you have company run by family run business where boss owns 50% shares so they don't give a shit about what shareholder thinks like commercial organisation in my opinion... else they would have removed CEO and their marketing chief by now
Also look at their prices ... i mean you say you sell premium products but none of your own brand are yet premium so you need to sell cheap and increase your market share before you become premium market leading brand in my opinion... !
