I just recently became a holder after reading that Dr. Adam McKinnon became the new MD and accumulated more after reading tw91's input into undervaluation and peer comparisons ( thank you tw91 ).

I have changed my sentiment to HOLD only after reading further into the Sept 24 Cash Flow report which disclosed 5 Q's of operations expenditure until funds are required. This included the recent $860K funds raised for the Augustus project.
Since then a Q has passed and we have acquired the Myrtleford among others, to which we are now preparing for a drilling program.

A capital raise, as other holders have alluded too on this forum, is imminent imho to fund the next stage of aggressive drilling programs. The question I ask for others to provide feedback is how much?

If I was Dr. McKinnon, and drawing a peer comparison to SXG I wouldn't half a$$ a small cap raise, I would promote a very large cap in the range of $12 - $16 Million to ensure funds are available to carry this company over the next 12 - 15 months (refer SXG comparison) and make it transformational for the company. Offer it to all shareholder to participate, do it once and do it right, not what I experienced with MNB offering multiple cap raises, each time with ridiculous discounts with too many free options.

Prove up Happy Valley, Augustus and Yoquivo and we are off to the races with exponential upside. DYOR
