The Al profits will be more than enough to achieve this on a few of these type of deals:-) Once all the ducks are in a row the decision will then be made how to fund the mine start-up by which stage it will be a known quantity. Only when the mine is up and running does the 12% rule come in to ensure profits are rolled back into resource expansion. If they can roll these things over like this for a few years it will be a juggernaut.
