Interim financial statements as per SEDAR as of Jan 27, show around 141m shares on issue. I'm not sure where you are pulling your numbers from, whatever those numbers may be because I haven't seen them.
The company next door has defined a 266Mt resource at 1.46%, so I don't think that 5x the market cap of MTM is unreasonable.
Like I said, there may be money to be made here in the short term, I can't imagine how many millions Geomega put into Montviel and they're only valued at $25m
