    im now trying to reconcile what assets IRD has vs its market cap

    They've just sold their main asset for 15mil (land value only)
    If the project is successful IRD will get 22mil by 2030
    and If the Advanced Fuels project is successful - the royalty stream is where the money is.

    Thats Alot of IF's...over a long timeframe, for a large capex project

    How to justify a 70m+ Market cap now ?
