Cape Hardy is potentially going to have billions of dollars worth of infrastructure and its all based on export through a cape size vessel port.

Iron Road haven’t sold that land or the corridor to it, they have agreements with the Eyre Peninsula grain producers and there’s also talk of a DRI green metals hub utilising the hydrogen but originally the port was going to be built to export the magnetite all these projects have materialised since then.

This is why it’s a pretty amazing side hustle.
