Buy on the rumour sell on the fact.

I like this little paragraph.

"The Silver Hill Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) completed in April this year indicated capital
payback within two years, a Net Present Value of more than $300 million and an internal rate
of return of 70%."

So NPV = $1.00 + per share ( thats a big tick)
Capital payback, is that for the $80 mil development of the smelter???

Internal rate of return, is that on the $80mil investment.

I like the announcement just want to see $1.00 for my shares.
