I think perhaps someone was expecting this announcement yesterday but ASX maybe held it up for additional scrutiny, as is now par for the course with anything Investability is involved with. Its always been a leaky ship at AW1 anyhow imo, and lately, strangely, all the signs are right here in HC when an announcement is imminent...
