The previous was a Due Diligence exercise. The below is snip from that announcement;
"The screening will identify the work required to undertake an environmental impact assessment
to support the required approvals. "
This is the next step for Nopsema, post Nopta Approval
But in fairness, I think he would have appointed them with the caveat that they don't commence work until NOPTA approval.
