You can go to an AGM to see what you have running it before you buy shares which I did a couple of years ago with this one.
Saw one MD who couldn't wait to get the hell out of there - he had no time for his people.
He didnt even know how much revenue Tanzania was budgeted to pull in once it started. I knew that. Didnt even own 1 share but I had at least done the numbers.
Happy to get his $400k and go through the motions.
Unfortunately you cant even roll these guys as the stock is over valued at 1.2c. You would need it at half that. Of course no one on the board owns any significant stock position - they just take the money out.
