so winslobucks if the current board and the capital raising is doing so well why is it that two board members Yap and Goh Hock have to lend money to advent and have the SH of MMR guarantee the debt -lets get real here and ask some hard questions-why six months and how much has really been raised in the SPP that we have to resort to debt that ties up the SH
