This is such a complex multi party asset play for PEP11 and David holds control across most if not all the parties. I truly don't understand how he is allowed to as he will influence the outcome to his advantage?

FOr Advent, I understood they owe us money, so surely that debt could be transferred to maintain our ownership in Advent. That should be maintained as otherwise we are disadvantaged by this transaction and I for one will complain to ASIC and request an investigation into these dealings.

Never liked the way David has all three plays an is now head of all three, MEC, BPH and GBH.
