Yes, the whole legal requirements chestnut. You know the rules all ASX-listed companies are meant to follow.
Who am I to determine when those deals were signed, when announcements are put out to the market - they also require sign-off from the other party involved. Many deals have been lost for prematurely putting announcements out to market. I can't speak on when that deal was signed and the announcement was signed off on, nor can you.
So it's pointless to merely speculate and once again try to look for the negative in the situation, Nieve or not. I choose to not make assumptions based on no evidence. For all we know they could not have combined the two announcements as the other parties had not given them approval and unless there is evidence to the contrary I am not going to merit speculation as to why this may have been the case.
Smoke signal is very commonly used terminology discussing indicators in markets i am surprised you have never heard of that..... Also, the dilution of the options has always been calculated into my view of the company since they came into existence this is nothing new. I won't argue there has been some further dilution along the way but tbh there are plenty of companies out there with more far more SOI that are not negatively impacted.
Again it is speculation when you say "matter of when" as we truly have no idea what is to come. For all we know their google deal lands them a large group of enterprise clients which results in 20M revenue...who knows? They now have google cloud offering their solution to all their enterprise clients and doing the work for Adveritas/TG breaking down massive barriers to entry.
The smart money I would suspect is astutely aware of the financial situation, doesn't seem to be bothering them really does it, as they continue to increase their position.
What's been painful for the share price is regal aggressively exiting, but as i have invested with a long term outlook and a deep understanding of the space they are looking to gain further market penetration (been holding since the TMP days) I just bottom shelf it and check in here and there.
Maybe they cap raise maybe they dont, if they do ill participate if they dont hooray.
Anyway have a lovely day
