If Adveritas are to become an acquisition target for Google it would serve to benifit share holders and ultimately go to a vote.
Use apt and square as an example of what premiums can be put on the aqusition to sp.
If we sell to Google, so be it. Take my earning and re invest else where. This is the way of the market.
