    No I'm saying they dont have any committed annual spend. ARR needs to be quantifiable and recurring, if a small company pays 2% of their ad spend that can vary through the year so although they are a paying customer they don't contribute to ARR. I emailed Mat yesterday and quickly got a very detailed response, I'll share some of his insights when I have some free time
