This SSF quotes an "abnormally large % of shareholders holding unmarketable parcels" and "transaction costs may represent an impediment to such shareholdes selling their TCN shares ..."
Has the company given any thought to the concept that shareholders would like to see some shareholder value and some return on this investment rather than being offered a "cost effective way" to sell their holdings.
What an insult, forget TCN's constitution; and even more annoying is the fact that if anyone throws this letter in the bin they have automatically been opted in to sell by default. This kind of ASX activity is a joke.
A big no from me. Get on with doing something with the company
