this notice is listed as not price sensitive...it clearly is.
RCW sold the assets and revenue that supported an ASX listing
and has now created an entity so small it doesn't meet ASX requirements... Gathid will shortly be delisted by the ASX and any remaining shareholding with it
this is no accident
